Bill McCoy (played by Pearce Bunting) is a ship Captain partnered with Nucky Thompson in the illegal importation of alcohol. McCoy remains loyal to Nucky during the commodore's attempted coup in season 2. McCoy refuses to supply the commodore despite pressure from the Coast Guard.
