Billy Magnussen is an American actor. He plays Roger McAllister in Boardwalk Empire. He is a guest star in the third season episode "Ging Gang Goolie". He has been active since 2008 and has also appeared in the series Law & Order, Blue Bloods, The Unusuals, As the World Turns, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
