Brian D. Coats, born January 27, 1969 in Columbia, Missouri, USA, is an actor. He plays Levi in Boardwalk Empire. He is a co-star in the fourth season episode "Havre De Grace". He worked with HBO and Boardwalk Empire creator Terence Winter on the earlier series The Sopranos. He has been active since 1996 and has also appeared in Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Blue Bloods.
