Claude McKay is a historical figure mentioned in the third season episode "Spaghetti and Coffee". He was a key figure in the Harlem Renaissance, a prominent literary movement of the 1920s. A collection of his work entitled Harlem Shadows: The Poems of Claude McKay was released in 1922.[1]
