Boardwalk Empire Wiki

A 12 gauge double-barreled shotgun produced by the Stevens company (1878).

Double-barreled shotguns are common civilian weapons used for hunting and home defense. The presence of two parallel barrels allows to fire two shots in rapid succession.

Shotguns with the barrels sawn off are often associated with mob hits.
