Jacqueline Pennewill is an American actress. She plays Lillian in Boardwalk Empire. She is a co-star in the second and third seasons and debuts in the episode "Ourselves Alone". She has been active since 1995 and has also appeared in the film Comfortably Numb (1995) and the short Walls (2006). She wrote, directed and starred in the short And Then She Was Gone (2008).
