Jeffrey Wright, born December 7, 1965 in Washington DC, USA, is an actor. He plays Valentin Narcisse in Boardwalk Empire. He is a starring cast member beginning with the fourth season. He is first credited in the season premiere "New York Sour" but does not appear until the second episode "Resignation". He has also starred in the HBO miniseries Angels in America. He has a recurring role in the James Bond film franchise as CIA Agent Felix Leiter.
