John Harrington Bland, born February 1, 1968 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA, is an actor. He plays Scotty Gulliver in Boardwalk Empire. He is a recurring co-star in the third season and debuts in the episode "Resolution". He has been active since 1996 and has also appeared in Blow (2001), Bandits (2001), The Girl Next Door (2004), and Changeling (2008).
