Morgan Spector is an American actor. He plays Frank Capone in the fourth season of Boardwalk Empire. He is a recurring guest star and debuts in the episode "New York Sour". He has also appeared in the HBO series How To Make It In America. The series was produced by Boardwalk Empire Executive Producers Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson. He has also appeared in the films Raspberry Heaven (2004), The Last Airbender (2010), All Is Bright (2013), and Burning Blue (2013).
