Owen's man, played by co-star Michael Louis Gibson, is a minor character in the third season episode "Blue Bell Boy". He works for Atlantic City criminal Owen Sleater.
Biography
Season 3
He helps Owen to trap the thief Rowland Smith. He is complaining about the inane questions of his wife when Rowland arrives. He and Owen capture Smith and hold him at his hideout. When Nucky Thompson arrives to question the kid he waits outside with Nucky's bodyguard Tunney. The hideout is raided by Philadelphia Prohibition Agents.
