Rosalie was Isabelle Jeunet's assistant at La Belle Femme until Nucky Thompson forced her to fire her on February 1920 in order to give the job to Margaret Schroeder. Jeunet is not content with the decision and constantly reminds Margaret about it, telling her how much better Rosalie was at her work because she had four years of experience before coming in and had no children that could alter her schedule.
