Sweeney, played by co-star Richard Pruitt, is a supporting character in "Home". He is a fire chief in Atlantic City. He accepts payment from Alderman Damien Fleming to have his men help fix up Fleming's new house during working hours. After the project is completed the house is burnt down by Nucky Thompson.
